Calendar privacy

This collegiate pickleball calendar can be viewed without signing in.

Approved contributors use Google sign-in. The server verifies the Google account identifier and verified email against the contributor list. Google credentials are kept in browser memory for the current session and are not stored in the event database.

Submitted event details, optional host contact information, school names and attendance plans are displayed publicly. Do not submit information you do not want published. Event ownership uses the Google account identifier internally; that identifier is not included in public calendar responses.

Event and school-interest records are stored in the calendar database and mirrored to the owner's private Google Sheet. Signing in does not grant the calendar access to Gmail, Google Drive or other Google content.

Contact the calendar owner through your school’s planning group to request contributor access or a correction or removal of submitted information.
