Hub privacy

This collegiate pickleball event hub can be viewed without signing in.

Players and organizers use Google sign-in. Tickets are visible only to the signed-in account whose verified email matches the registration contact email. Saved events are private to that account and persist across devices. Organizers and admins record event check-in times. Approved contributors use Google sign-in. The server verifies the Google account identifier and verified email against the contributor list. The credential is kept in session storage until it expires so calendar, organizer, and administrator pages can share one sign-in. It is not stored in the event database.

Submitted event details, flyers, optional host contact information, school names, attendance plans, team names, public pools, brackets, and scores may be displayed publicly. Do not submit public event information you do not want published. Event ownership uses the Google account identifier internally; that identifier is never included in public responses.

Registration contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, roster notes, payment status, and uploaded signed waivers are private to the event organizer and platform administrators. Signed waivers are stored as private event files and require an authorized organizer or administrator account to download. Registrants should not upload medical, financial, or other information that the organizer did not request.

Payment links are supplied by each organizer. The hub does not collect card or bank details. Online checkout uses Stripe and shares the registration email, event, and payment amount with Stripe. Stripe confirms payments and full refunds automatically; organizers record payments made through other services manually. Organization names and participant counts are public; full membership lists are available to the event organizer and administrators.

Registrant updates are prepared for the organizer's device email or SMS composer. The hub records the message and recipient count but does not store third-party delivery credentials.

Event and school-interest records are stored in the hub database. Signing in does not grant the hub access to Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google content.

Posting-access requests store the verified email, school, optional message, and approval status privately for the hub administrator. School affiliation is reviewed by the administrator and is not verified by Google.

Contact the hub owner through your school's planning group to request contributor access or a correction or removal of submitted information.
